Would training in judo make me stronger and faster?

Would it also be a good workout? How hard is it?|||Sure. Judo is your best try for that.|||judo is tough there are alot of slams and depending on the teacher it will make you stronger and faster......it is a great workout to.....but if you looking for best workout take up Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)|||yes

yes

yes|||It depends on what kind of training your sensei does. But I highly recommend judo and good luck.|||Yes. Judo is both anaerobic and aerobic. If you find a good dojo (place to learn judo) and good instruction, judo can be a lifelong sport with excellent conditioning. It involves both standing work (throwing techniques) and ground work with some similarities to wrestling. Check out sev. dojo before choosing one!|||it would do both-make you stronger and faster, especially with reaction time. It will also make you smarter in a sense,as you get a better grasp of the concept of leverage and the other physics involved with throwing a bigger opponent. Can%26#039;t go wrong with judo training.|||Yes, it definitely would. I take mixed martial arts and judo is one thing I have learned. It is a great workout as well because you work out nearly your whole body..and use your whole body. You do have to learn how to be fast..especially with the punches and kicks and blocks. Blocks are extremely important too..especially when trying to protect the face and chest. It is somewhat hard..but not too hard to learn. I mean you don%26#039;t need a college degree to do judo if you know what I mean. And if you take it slow you can learn pretty fast through practice. You will also learn more discipline and respect for others as well as how to defend yourself.
