Do i need to condition if i do BJJ and judo?

i have started to do 3 days BJJ and 2 day Judo. and i%26#039;m in decent shape i can bench my weight and etc, but i was wondering do i need to exercise and condition also or since i do sparring at the end of my class for 15 to 25 min or so it will automatically makes me stronger! and if not what type of exercises do u recommend to make me stronger?|||Whether you need to condition or not depends on your goals. If you are content where you are, if you just wish to learn for self defense and general enjoyment, then doing additional conditioning (presuming you mean cardiovascular exercise like running, swimming etc.) isn%26#039;t necessary.

If you intend to compete, or are working to take yourself as far as you can, then yes.

The more you sweat in training the less you bleed in battle.

If your up to it, try www.crossfit.com. That sort of program will push you hard.|||You need to work out with weights. Sparring is probably good for cardio, but you need to go running also.

But definitely use weights to strengthing bones, tendons and of course muscle.|||Sparing is great, probably one of the best things you can do but also runing and sprints are very good|||Spend more time doing BJJ double up on classes or something. You%26#039;ll get all the exercise you%26#039;ll need.
