Was there a Larry Williams on the judo team for USA at the Mexico Olympics?

The Larry I know who claimed to be on the judo team is about 55 years old and black and grew up in the Oakland, California area.|||There was no judo competition at the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City.
