Is there a way to knock someone out with a special punch like a judo chop?

I want to know if there is a punch or chinese secret punch to a part of your body that can knock an opponent out in one particular place of your body. Never knew about any one specific punch but it would be cool to have one. SOme people do hit your nerves on your neck and i think i saw it once, is there such a punch? judo chop?|||There is no such thing as a Judo chop or Karate chop.
