Are there any submission holds, that involve the legs, in Judo?

I have studied Brazilian Jujitsu, and have seen some holds that involve the legs, But what about Judo? I get the feeling the two are more similar then they are different.|||There are a few leglocks taught in Judo, but they are not allowed in competition. So at some schools they are not taught because some schools focus more on the competetive side of Judo.

At most BJJ tournaments leglocks are only legal at a blackbelt level.

The reason for that is it is very easy with leglocks to injure a guy, most leg locks are focused on the knee and it is pretty easy to screw somebody up.

So to answer your question in the martial art of Judo yes there are leglocks, but not that many places teach them as they are illegal in competition.|||no leg locks for judo I took judo for 5 years and the leg locks are too hard in competitive judo. The flow is too slow to do ne thing
