In judo what is the best traning routine for at home?

i have no mats at home and must be able to do school work as well|||Well you can%26#039;t practice Judo alone for one thing and unless you like falling on concrete floors or the hard ground you won%26#039;t last long at all. Chances are that you will get hurt. If you really want to learn Judo you need find a school. Even some YMCA programs have Judo programs that you can take for next to nothing in cost. But you really must be trained by an experienced instructor to learn properly and avoid injury as much as possible. |||Actually theres loads of exercises that we can do at home alone so whoever said you cant practise judo on your own is incorrect. However there is no replacement for Randori and Uchikomi with a compliant Uke. Exercises I have used at home include putting my hands shoulder height against the wall and practising Kouchig Gari left and right. Your foot should form a circular motion ciomin up behind the heel of your imaginary oponents foot and sweep in the direction the imaginary toes are pointing. Your foot should not leave the floor. You should sweep with the sole of your foot or you will break your toes so bend it inwards. I now constantly floor people with my Ko Ouchi even internationals in part due to this exercise, though of course Randori (sparring) with other resisting opponents is essential. Other Uchi Komis that can be done at home are Marot eSeoi Nage, Tai Otoshi and Uchi Mata. For Marote Seoi Nage i tie my belt around a post and grab each end, it serves as the sleeve lapel grip. Good luck.|||practice leg throws with a tree-just like how Masahiko Kimura used to train
