If an adult that uses judo on a child is it still child abuse ?

I was talking to a friend and she tolgd me that her dad used judo agenst her like that he threw her down all the time when she did something wrong and twisted her wrist untill they were like inches away from being snapped and he wouldn%26#039;t stop if she asked him too and he also just dis it for fun sometimes ,so Is it still child abuse even though he didn%26#039;t acually hit her?|||Yes. It is child abuse. It is illegal to physically assault a person intentionally. Loud verbal abuse is also cosidered to be illegal when projected towards a child by an adult.
