What are some good judo throws for tall guys?

I am 6 foot and I have a hard time getting my hips under people to throw them (especially short guys). What are some good judo throws and sweeps for tall lanky guys?

and also what are some good tips for tall guys to pull off throws?|||Ask your Sensei...that is what they are there for. Why take advice from people that do not know you or have experience training you. The best advice comes from the Sensei that knows you best. Good luck.|||Set up with tai otoshi and of course if they weasle out of it immediately follow up with osoto gari. It%26#039;s a cruncher!

I just started exploring this combo and my success rate during randori has been 100% thus far. My bread and butter was the drop knee ippon seoi nage and the low single leg take down, but they are now more or less illegal where I train (Saigon, Viet Nam). Also consider the ever simple tsuri goshi. That way you can pull yourself into their hips to execute. More or less.|||Try dropping to your knees to get under them. Tomoe Nage would work well for tall people as well as Kata Garuma. All of the reaps and wheel throws would work well also.|||In Jui-Jitsu you bend your knees. Really your instructor should be teaching you good technic. The same moves work for a 5%26#039;2%26#039; woman and for a 6%26#039;5%26#039;%26#039; man.|||Tai Otoshi perhaps.
